Accommodation
Rome is a very touristic city offering more than 4000 hotels. Rates can vary a lot, with an average of 100 Euro/night for a double-room in a 3 stars hotel. The conference area is close to the city center (see here) and located within walking distance from Manzoni metro station on line A (see here). Consequently, any hotel close to either metro lines A or B (you can commute between them at Termini railway station) is a suitable choice for attending the conference.
In the following we provide two kinds of suggestions for finding an accommodation:
- a list of city areas, which can be searched through the most used hotel reservation search engines, for example Booking or Venere
- a list of hotels offering special rates for ICAPS 2013

7 – Flaminio Parioli (far, served by Metro A)
8 – Monti (close, historical city center)
9 – Navona (close, historical city center)
10 – Pantheon (close, historical city center)
11 – Policlinico (close, served by Metro B)
12 – Repubblica (walking distance, served by Metro A)
13 – San Giovanni (close, served by Metro A)
14 – San Lorenzo (close, university neighbourhood, mostly for young people)
15 – Spagna (historical city center, served by Metro A)
16 – Trevi (close, historical city center)
17 – Vaticano Prati (medium distance, city center, served by Metro A)

The prizes are intended as “maximum rate” (i.e., if cheaper rooms are available, a lower prize will be applied) and “per availability” (meaning that room availability is not guaranteed) till April 30, 2013.
